Paul spent his entire life working in construction at his family's business, Wagoner Construction Company, based out of Salisbury, North Carolina. He received an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rowan Cabarrus Community College and his Bachelor's in Business Management from High Point University.

Susan obtained her Brokerage License in Real Estate and General Contractor's License after receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Catawba College.

Their mutual love for construction and people inspired them to start their own construction business together.

Paul and Susan are both extremely talented and proficient at building a home from start to finish, but they enjoy working as a team on all projects. Paul excels in design and planning while Susan loves to find the best amenities for their client's budget.   

Taking care of the environment and the people in the community is very important to Paul and Susan. Building Dimensions, Inc. has been awarded many distinctions over the past several years, including:

Paul and Susan are strong supporters of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. They believe in giving back to the community that has helped them prosper and taking care of the children that are our future.
