Of the top ten towns with a minimum of 5,000, Oak Ridge ranked No. 1 and Summerfield No. 3 out of about 106 small towns in the state.

Zippia’s criteria, which are based on the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, include current unemployment rate, unemployment change, current median household income, and median household change.”
